This job was perfect for us with our attention to detail. We were hired to replace a rotten wooden soffit with UPVC. The customer ordered this for his mother who was very fussy about finishes.

In the centre of a large Georgian Hall, we found installing this new wooden decking 'interesting', however, we managed to seal all 3 falls of this wooden decking.

Replacement of bottom wrap. Over time and because of osmosis the felt will sup water from the gutter and eventually rot.

After speaking to the conservation officer we decided to match the existing lime cement fillet. To avoid any leaks during movement we added a lead soaker system.
